Will Aderholt serves in the Tax Division of the Birmingham office. With more than nine years of experience, Will specializes in tax planning and consulting for closely-held and private-equity owned businesses. He has extensive experience serving clients in construction, manufacturing and distribution, healthcare and retail industries.
Jason Asbury serves as President of Warren Averett Technology Group, and has more than 15 years of experience providing IT consulting services to clients in industries including banking, insurance, education and law. Jason specializes in IT consulting for the healthcare industry. This experience includes the implementation and management of multiple patient care systems and associated medical management.
Maddox Casey serves in the Healthcare Division of the Birmingham office. He has more than 11 years of experience, and serves as the firm-wide Service Area Leader for the Healthcare Client Practice Group. Maddox focuses his practice on medical practice profitability, physician ownership design, compensation structure, healthcare reform and other professional services.
Ryan Chaffin serves in the Audit Division and as the Service Area Leader of the Huntsville office. With more than 12 years of public accounting experience, Ryan has extensive experience serving clients in the automotive, healthcare facilities/hospital, manufacturing and distribution industries, as well as serving nonprofit organizations.
Sae Evans serves in the Healthcare Division of the Birmingham office. With more than ten years of public accounting experience, Sae specializes in serving medical and dental practices through physician compensation and incentive plan enhancement, practice profitability improvement and benchmarking, tax compliance, year-end planning consultation and personal income tax planning.
Jeff Helms serves in Warren Averett Asset Management’s Pensacola office, and is a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee. With more than 12 years of experience, Jeff specializes in providing personal financial design solutions in the areas of retirement planning, risk management and insurance, estate and tax planning.
Phillip Rivers leads our new Mobile office with more than 13 years of accounting experience in a wide range of industries including real estate, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing and transportation. Phillip specializes in internal control reviews, due diligence, debt issuances as well as assistance with mergers, acquisitions and spinoffs.
