Account Manager – Tampa, FL

Warren Averett Staffing & Recruiting is hiring an Account Manager with a knack for Software or IT n Tampa, FL.  This person needs to have a proven track record handling multiple clients’ needs and saturating those clients. 

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed
• Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new services within existing customers (enterprise)
• Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
• Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client's desires
• Acting as the client's representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
• Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree
• 4+ years working as an account manager with IT or Software industry products preferred
• Self motivated with an understanding of how to meet and exceed KPIs through building and generating your own weekly schedule
