Administrative Assistant – St. Petersburg, FL

Warren Averett Staffing & Recruiting is working with a partner in Downtown St. Petersburg who is in need of an Administrative Assistant.  This is part of their continued success they’ve seen over the years.  The ideal candidate will be someone who has high energy, extreme attention to detail, and the background of performing clerical and admin functions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform many functions from a clerical and administrative stance for a real estate design/build contractor
  • Organize files, perform scheduling, maintain calendars, greet visitors, answer phones, order supplies, read contracts, provide insight, make travel arrangements, and many more activities to keep the day-to-day moving
  • Work with MS Office Suite to maintain various company information such as contact databases
  • Prepare contracts and sale documents as needed
  • Attend internal and external meetings as needed

Requirements

  • Florida Licensed Notary
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Degree preferred
  • Strong MS Office Suite experience
  • Professional communication, demeanor, and presence
