Document Processor – Birmingham, AL

Warren Averett is looking for an experienced office professional for our Birmingham, AL office. The ideal candidate will have more than 7 years of experience.


  • Print and assemble all tax returns and audited financial statements for the North Alabama offices
  • Print and assemble all marketing materials and training materials for all offices in the company
  • Assist with facilities maintenance:
    • ?Set up offices for new employees to ensure they have a clean work space with the proper supplies
    • Take down and clean out offices of employees that have departed the Company
  • Manage the Administrative Interns/Runners
  • Responsible for all ordering of supplies for the Birmingham production office
  • Attention to detail is a must


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite – Specifically Outlook)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and approach challenging situations with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Must demonstrate a sense of urgency around critical priorities, but work calmly, independently and effectively under pressure
