Executive Assistant – Destin, FL

Warren Averett is searching for an administrative professional for our Destin, FL office.  The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a professional setting working with executives.


  • Maintain appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel
  • Establish rapport with new clients and maintain relationships with current clients
  • Assist in completing projects through analysis and presentation of information
  • Responsible for all administrative correspondence (writing, editing, proofing documents, maintaining emails, memos, etc…)
  • Look for efficiencies and suggest solutions
  • Assist with e-filing and processing as needed
  • Work on additional projects, as needed


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite – Specifically Outlook)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and approach challenging situations with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Must demonstrate a sense of urgency around critical priorities, but work calmly, independently and effectively under pressure
