Participants have the same opportunity to earn up to 8 hours of CPE by virtual presentations that will be hosted in segments of two-hour sessions over the course of four days. You can sign up for any or all the sessions based on your interest or CPE needs.

2021 Accounting and Auditing Update – Part One
This session will provide updates on new accounting, auditing, attest, review, compilation and preparation standards, as well as other professional guidance that affects practitioners and their clients. 

  • Learning ObjectiveAt the conclusion of this session, the participants will be able to identify 2021 accounting standards issued and updates.

If you are considering buying or selling, there are several steps we recommend to ensure your financials are in order to ensure a successful valuation and transaction.  During this session, our experts will review the current state of the market, steps to preparing for a transaction including specific GAAP requirements and other financial statement considerations.    

  • Learning Objective: At the conclusion of this session, attendees will have a better understanding of how they can prepare for the due diligence process of a transaction such as financial statement and report requirements and accounting standards if a public company.
