Warren Averett’s CEO, Jim Cunningham, Appointed to LEA Global Board of Directors

BIRMINGHAM, AL – January 24, 2013 – The regional certified public accounting firm of Warren Averett, LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Jim Cunningham, CPA to the LEA Global Board of Directors.

Cunningham began work at Warren Averett in 1979 and served as the Firm’s Chief Operating Officer for 11 years prior to his current role as CEO. In his tenure as CEO, Warren Averett has undergone several significant mergers expanding their footprint into Huntsville, Atlanta, Montgomery, the Gulf Coast and Tampa.  As a result, Warren Averett has jumped inside the top 30 firms nationally with more than 725 employees.  Cunningham has extensive consulting experience with privately owned businesses and has consulted with companies to assist with mergers and acquisitions and various shareholder matters.
