With an eye on continued growth in serving clients worldwide, Career Partners International (CPI) has recently announced its inaugural CPI North American Innovation Conference. The conference will be hosted in Boston, Massachusetts from October 10th through 12th, and Warren Averett Workplace (Warren Averett) is looking forward to sending Consulting Manager Andrea Holyfield, MS, FCC, to this conference. She will join CPI partners from over 200 offices in North America to learn and brainstorm together about innovations that we can make to improve the level of service we offer to our clients.
Having recently celebrated its 30th anniversary, CPI is focused on defining and embracing the strategic future of the industries in which it operates to improve the experience for clients across our service lines, including outplacement, career management, executive coaching and other services.
In addition to featuring keynote speakers, the North American Innovation conference will include design sessions for attendees to collaborate on fast-changing career transition and executive coaching service offerings.
As talent shortages and employee retention are issues that every kind of organization faces, the services Warren Averett and CPI provide are increasingly valuable. We are committed to improving our delivery of services and continuing the high level of service that our clients have come to expect from us.
Warren Averett works with experts and executive coaches from CPI offices around the country, and the Innovation Conference will be a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with those partners to further innovate and cultivate our high-quality service offerings.
Warren Averett strives to promote a culture of innovation to benefit our internal team and our clients. Our culture encourages team members to add measurable value with unique ideas, advice and capabilities that help achieve the results our clients deserve. We are pleased to have the opportunity to foster further innovation in our HR Solutions practice group by sending Andrea to this event.
