Mobile Team Members Support Local Angel Tree
In December, Warren Averett’s Mobile office location adopted two children from the local Salvation Army of Coastal Alabama’s Angel Tree. The Angel Tree is a program through the Salvation Army that provides gifts to children during the holiday season. Our Mobile team collected items from the children’s wish lists, as well as several essential items they needed.
The accountants and advisors in our Mobile office have partnered with the local Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program in years past by volunteering to sort gifts, and they were excited to be able to support the program again in 2020.
Laurie Dungan, an Executive Assistant in the Mobile office who helped to coordinate the project for the team said, “The reason I really love this organization is that it not only provides the children with all their needed items (clothes, bedding, etc.), but it also allows us to fulfill their Christmas gift wishes. Those are the kinds of things that they will hopefully look back on when they remember the holidays.”

We are proud that our accountants, advisors and professionals in our Mobile office were able to apply these principles and support our local community through this project.
