Warren Averett, LLC is pleased to announce that CPA firm, Beason & Nalley, Inc. will join our Huntsville office. The joining of forces, effective November 1, 2016, expands resources and capabilities in the Huntsville market, and meets the needs of the growing government contracting segment not only in Huntsville, but across the Southeast. Beason & Nalley is a full service accounting team with a large government contracting base, delivering services in the areas of accounting outsourcing, audit, business valuations, mergers & acquisitions, corporate tax advisors, R&D credit studies, human resources consulting and litigation support. Beason & Nalley serves clients in the non-profit, state and local government, technology, real estate and medical sectors.

Cecelia C. Hill, CPA, MTA joins as Member in Warren Averett’s tax division. Cindy has extensive experience in corporate, partnership, trust and estates and not-for-profit taxation. Her experience and her expertise include working with clients who specialize in government contracting, real estate development, medical and professional groups, technology, manufacturers and not-for-profit organizations. Cindy earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Masters of Taxation from The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, AL.
Jeremy H. Jefferys, CPA joins as Member in Warren Averett’s corporate audit division. He has a strong background in municipality and government contracting industries and specializes in assurance and advisory services. Jeremy’s attestation experience is with small to larger companies which includes manufacturers, municipalities, government contractors, not for profit organizations, manufacturers, employee benefit plans, ESOP’s, construction companies, and other diversified privately held companies. Jeremy earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, AL.
J. Brett Holt, CPA, CVA, MAcc joins as Member in Warren Averett’s corporate advisory division. Brett specializes in attestation, financial advisory and valuation services for small to large companies throughout many industries including government contractors, manufacturers, not-for-profit organizations and employee benefit plans. Brett earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a double major in Accounting and Finance and obtained his Master of Accountancy Degree from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
S. Hobie Frady joins as Member in Warren Averett’s corporate advisory division, with his primary focus on businesses that contract with the Federal Government. Hobie has over 20 years of accounting and management experience in the Government contracting industry. He is results-oriented and an effective leader with proven ability to navigate the competitive landscape of the industry along with its technical and regulatory requirements to achieve strategic and financial results. Prior to joining Beason & Nalley, Hobie was President of Capstone Consulting Partners, Inc. where he was responsible for all operations related to providing consulting in the areas of finance and accounting, regulatory compliance, business development, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions and litigation support to corporations in the Government contracting industry. Hobie earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, AL.
Sandra R. Baker, SHRM-CP®, AAAPM joins as Principal in Warren Averett’s HR solutions division. Sandra has a strong background in human resources, administration and business operations. She currently assists clients with their human resource needs such as: operational structure and design, compliance, salary surveys and analysis, performance management and design, benefits design and administration, new employee recruiting and orientation, counseling employees, employee terminations, policy and procedure development and training. Sandra earned a Bachelor of Administration from Faulkner University.
