Warren Averett Expands Expertise with the Announcement of Four New Members in Atlanta

Warren Averett is pleased to announce the addition of four Members to the Atlanta office.

Bryan I. Hirsch joins as a Member in the tax division. Hirsch brings more than 27 years of experience in litigation consulting and law firm management. Hirsch delivers value-add services in the areas of litigation support, business valuation and accounting forensics. He holds the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) credentials. Hirsch earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida State University. He earned his Master of Accountancy and Master of Taxation from Georgia State University.

M. Susan Hill joins as a Member in the tax division. Hill brings more than 30 years of experience in tax strategy and planning for individuals and privately owned businesses. She provides benefit plan services, compensation planning and executive tax services. Hill also provides services to clients in the nonprofit sector. She previously served four years with the IRS as an examination agent and as a specialist in employee plans. Hill holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of West Georgia.

William H. Minch joins as a Member in the audit division. Minch has more than 27 years of experience specializing in education and nonprofit industries. Minch provides strategic value and services to colleges and universities, as well as private and charter schools. His most recent areas of concentration focus on nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and state and local government entities. Minch earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Georgia State University.

E. Wayne Williams, Jr. joins as a Member in the tax division. Williams brings 36 years of experience providing business consulting and tax services to clients in the real estate industry, including real estate ventures, sponsors, investors and operators. He assists with the structuring of business entities and activities consistent with the needs and objectives of the business. Williams earned his bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of West Florida.
