Alexis Willis has been with Warren Averett since 2009 and is a Member in the Tax Division. She also leads the firm’s Natural Resources Industry Group. Alexis has more than 11 years of public accounting experience and has worked with clients in a wide variety of industries. Alexis specializes in individual and corporate tax planning, tax code compliance, multi-state tax matters and outsourced accounting and CFO services.

She resides in beautiful Baldwin County with her husband and two sons.
