Birmingham Team Participates in Service Event
A group of team members in Warren Averett’s Birmingham office took time in February to support the Rise Against Hunger, an international hunger relief organization that distributes food and life-changing aid to the world’s most vulnerable. Our team helped with packing meals to support this great organization!

Birmingham Advisors Speak at Dental Conference
In early February, Birmingham advisors Maddox Casey, CPA, Sae Evans, CPA, and Drew Gearhart, CFP, spoke at the University of Alabama School of Dentistry Alumni Weekend for the second year in a row about narrowing the learning curve from graduation to becoming a successful dental practice leader. These advisors discussed how to grow in a dental career, interpret business data and make a dental practice as efficient and profitable as possible.

Mobile and Tampa Offices Host Mardi Gras Parties
The Warren Averett Mobile office kicked off Mardi Gras in February by hosting guests on the office balcony to watch the parade and enjoy the festivities! We love that our team members are able to enjoy community events from the convenience of their own office space.
Our Tampa team also took some time out of their day to connect with each other and enjoy some king cake at the office to celebrate Mardi Gras! Matthew Spear was the lucky one who found the baby and won a gift card! Laissez les bons temps rouler!
Foley Office Celebrates Work Anniversary for Team Member
Our accountants and advisors in Foley took time in February to celebrate Sissie Ezell’s 16th anniversary with Warren Averett! Our Foley office celebrated with cake for the team and flowers for Sissie. Thanks for your great work and loyalty to the Firm, Sissie!
Montgomery Team Goes Bowling
In February, the Tax Department accountants in Montgomery hosted a bowling night, where team members convened to build solid relationships and have some fun! Top honors go to Michael Andrews and Anna Wilson for their bowling skills. Now, bring on tax season!
Team Members Celebrate Valentine’s Day
Team members in many of our offices hosted different celebrations for Valentine’s Day. Team members in our Birmingham office brought in heart-shaped donuts, our Foley office provided goodie bags full of chocolate and candy for all team members, and our accountants and advisors in Pensacola team came to work festively dressed! In the spirit of Valentines Day, here are just a few of the things we love:
