Ashley Burke Graduates From Leadership Montgomery’s Torchbearers Class
Ashley Burke, a Supervisor in the Client Accounting Services Division of the firm’s Montgomery accounting and advisory office, graduated from the Leadership Montgomery 2025 Torchbearers Class.
Founded in 2008, the Torchbearers Class is a nine-month leadership development program designed to help Montgomery attract and retain young professional talent. The program is geared toward emerging professionals who are engaged in the community and interested in building both professional and personal skills.
Through the program, participants develop practical leadership abilities, expand their professional networks and gain a deeper understanding of Montgomery’s most pressing community issues. The curriculum challenges participants to examine personal beliefs, seek facts and collaborate with others to create meaningful community impact.
The Leadership Montgomery 2025 Torchbearers Class began in March of last year and concluded with graduation in November.
“Ashley brings a thoughtful approach to everything she does,” said Donna Conte, CPA, Principal and Service Area Leader for the firm’s Client Accounting Services Division. “Her participation in the Torchbearers program reflects her commitment to growth and service, and I am confident she will use these experiences to positively impact everyone around her.”
Ashley Burke is a Supervisor in the firm’s Client Accounting Services Division and has more than three years of accounting experience. Ashley works closely with clients and acts as their primary points of contact to address their accounting and business needs with a problem-solving mindset.
Ashley is deeply involved in her local community. She leads a children’s Bible study and serves as the financial advisor for her former sorority chapter at her alma mater, Huntingdon College.
“The Torchbearers experience challenged me to grow both personally and professionally,” said Ashley. “I gained valuable new perspectives about the Montgomery area and developed skills I can apply in my day-to-day work while building relationships with other young professionals who care deeply about this community.”
