Ashtyn Stinebaugh Participates in Momentum’s Upward Program
Ashtyn Stinebaugh, a Manager in the Audit Division of the firm’s Birmingham accounting and advisory office, has been chosen to participate in Momentum’s 2026 Upward program, a leadership program for women in early- and mid-career stages.
Now in its eighth year, the Upward program leverages Momentum’s expertise and network to help participants strengthen leadership skills and expand professional influence. After a competitive application and selection process, participants will attend monthly, interactive half-day sessions over a nine-month period. Sessions are led by experienced professionals and Momentum alumni who provide actionable strategies to support career growth.
Between sessions, participants will complete assignments, meet with peers in co-mentoring groups and take advantage of networking opportunities.
Ashtyn Stinebaugh joined Warren Averett in 2016 as an intern and now has more than nine years of public accounting experience. She specializes in leading and reviewing financial statement audits, preparing financial reports and maintaining strong client relationships.
