Warren Averett CPAs and Advisors’ Birmingham accounting and advisory office has been recognized by the Birmingham Business Journal as one of the 2022 Best Places to Work. The Best Places to Work distinction identifies and honors employers in Birmingham whose companies are the ideal places to work and who have gone above and beyond to create outstanding workplace environments.
The finalists were determined by a survey through Quantum Workplace, a third-party survey software company. The survey methodology assessed communication, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, team dynamics and more. Quantum compiled and evaluated these survey responses to determine finalists.
Warren Averett won second place in the extra-large business category, comprised of employers with more than 250 employees. Warren Averett was a finalist and contender from 2014-2017, but for the past two years the firm has placed within the top 3.
Earlier this month, some of our Birmingham CPAs, advisors and other professionals celebrated at the Best Places to Work 2022 event held at the McWane Science Center in downtown Birmingham. Our team members enjoyed an interactive and lively networking reception where they got to interact with some of the McWane Science Center’s exhibits and enjoyed each other’s company. “It is an honor for the Birmingham office to have been recognized again this year as one of the Best Places to Work in Birmingham,” said Tommy Sisson, CPA, Managing Member of the Birmingham office. “Our firm culture, including our open and honest communication style, benefits offered as well as our collaborative and flexible work arrangement, has led to a team that is thriving professionally. I appreciate being part of an organization that cultivates an environment of strong relationships among its employees and clients, and I am looking forward to seeing our team excel over the next year.”
