Kelly Cochran joined the firm in 2008 and has more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources. As the leader of the HR team, she works with leadership to develop policies, programs and benefit packages that attract, retain and motivate key talent while supporting the firm’s culture, as well as its strategic and branding objectives. Kelly also gives credit to her team for their commitment in providing the best support and resources to new and existing team members on a consistent and ongoing basis.
