Jennifer Hardin Participates in Momentum’s Birmingham Executive Leadership Program
Jennifer Hardin, CPA, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Warren Averett, has been selected to participate in Momentum’s 2024-2025 Birmingham Executive Leadership Program.
The program helps Alabama’s most promising women further develop their leadership skills, confidence and connections. Designed to attract some of Birmingham’s brightest women to solve business and community challenges, the program provides participants with educational tools and resources and helps them network.
This is the twenty-second executive leadership class, and participants will attend monthly interactive, female-focused sessions over a nine-month period. The class of 35 women will meet with their peers in co-mentoring groups, gain insights from meetings with senior mentors and make progress on their personalized leadership plans.
Jennifer Hardin joined Warren Averett in 2003 in the firm’s Audit Division, providing audit and attest services to mid-size and publicly traded companies. She then spent several years at a national firm where she managed audits for two Fortune 500 companies. She returned to our Birmingham accounting and advisory office in 2012 as the firm’s Controller and then Finance Director.
In her role as CFO, Hardin manages and oversees the firm’s financial operations, including financial accounting, analysis and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, insurance and risk management, treasury management and accounts payable.
“I’m thrilled to be a member of Momentum’s Birmingham Executive Leadership Class 22,” said Hardin. “I am excited to broaden my network and learn from other talented female executives and leaders in the Birmingham community.”
