Kim Hartsock Serves on Georgia Southern University Alumni Association Board of Directors
Kim Hartsock, CPA, Managing Member of Warren Averett’s Atlanta accounting and advisory office, has been appointed to serve on the Georgia Southern University Alumni Association’s Board of Directors.
The Georgia Southern University Alumni Association fosters relationships with alumni and friends of the university through programs that promote growth, progress and the welfare of Georgia Southern University. The Board of Directors is made up of alumni volunteers who are leaders in their communities.
“It is an honor to serve on the Georgia Southern University Alumni Association’s Board,” said Hartsock. “As an alumnus, I’m excited to serve—not only as a way to give back, but also to have the chance to amplify my alma mater’s legacy. I want to use this opportunity to help shape the future of the institution, nurture new connections with my peers and inspire the next generations of alumni to reach even greater heights.”
Hartsock has been the Office Managing Member of Warren Averett’s Atlanta office since 2020, and she has been with the firm since 2004.
She is a co-host of the firm’s podcast, The Wrap, which provides actionable advice for business leaders. Hartsock is also a respected thought leader, who offers a unique blend of strategic business advisory solutions to clients that help them reach their goals.
Hartsock is extremely committed to the firm, and she is equally committed to her community’s success. In addition to her new role, she also serves on the Executive Boards for the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce and the Community Foundation of Northeast Georgia.
