Lori Kelley Inducted into Okaloosa County’s Women’s Hall of Fame
Lori Kelley, CPA, a Member in the firm’s Destin accounting and advisory office, has been inducted into Okaloosa County’s Women’s Hall of Fame.
Established in 1995, the Okaloosa County Women’s Hall of Fame (OCWHOF) was created to honor women who have made significant contributions to the local community. The OCWHOF recognizes achievements across various fields, including arts, education, business and community service. Since its inception, over 130 women have been inducted.
Lori Kelley was recognized as 2024’s Business or Professional Leader Inductee for her significant achievements in the accounting profession. Inductees in each of the award’s categories are honored with a permanent display in locations throughout the city.
“It is a great honor to be inducted in this year’s Hall of Fame,” said Kelley. “In my career, I have always tried to focus on providing my clients with the best possible service while also giving back to my community. I will take great pride in this recognition.”
Lori Kelley joined the firm in 1994 and is a Member in the firm’s Tax Division. She concentrates on areas of income tax planning for businesses, individuals and tax-exempt organizations. Lori also advises clients on a variety of subjects ranging from retirement and estate planning to business consulting.
She is an active member in the Fort Walton Beach community and serves as Chair of the Northwest Florida State College Board of Trustees. Previously, Lori also served as Chair for the Walton County Chamber of Commerce and the Niceville-Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce.
Professionally, Lori served as the National President for the Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance, received the Athena International Award and was named one of Emerald Ladies Journal’s Top 12 Business Women. She holds affiliations with the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
