Megan Randolph Participates in Momentum’s Birmingham Executive Leadership Program

Megan Randolph, CPAWarren Averett - Megan Randolph, a Member in the Tax Division of Warren Averett’s Birmingham accounting and advisory office, has been selected to participate in Momentum’s Birmingham Executive Leadership Program.

The program helps Alabama’s most promising women develop leadership skills, confidence and connections. It is designed to attract some of Birmingham’s brightest women to solve business and community challenges, provide tools and resources to educate women serving in leadership roles and help participants network.

This is the twenty-first executive leadership class, and participants will attend monthly sessions over a nine-month period. Presented through the female lens, the interactive sessions focus on personal and professional development and cover soft skills and business skills.

Randolph joins a class of 35 women who will get the opportunity to meet with their peers in co-mentoring groups, gain insight from meetings with senior mentors and make progress on their personal leadership plans.

Megan Randolph joined the firm in 2006. She specializes in serving the federal and state tax needs of large nonprofit and governmental entities, including municipalities, healthcare organizations and universities. Randolph serves on the firm’s Operations Board as the firmwide Tax Area Leader and is responsible for managing all the firm’s Tax Division operations.

This program is going to be a fantastic journey of self-discovery and a deep dive into the Birmingham community.
