Scott Bradbary Leads Professional Growth Symposium Organized by Studer Community Institute
Scott Bradbary, Chief Talent Officer and Member of Warren Averett, recently led a professional growth workshop organized by Studer Community Institute.
Studer Community Institute’s mission is to improve quality of life for all people in the diverse communities that they serve through educational and economic development. They do this through research and advocacy in early childhood education and leadership training and employee development for local businesses.
Pensacola area participants were invited to attend the workshop, Navigating & Mastering the Three Levels of Professional Growth, in early February.
Throughout the day, Bradbary covered the complexities of career development and the distinct challenges and opportunities of leadership, as well as business development strategies and tips for effective employee management.
Participants were encouraged to create a clear action plan that they could implement. They also enjoyed engaging discussions about each professional growth level. Lastly, they networked with other individuals on similar career paths.
“I really enjoyed leading this workshop,” said Bradbary. “I’ve spent years in the talent industry, and it’s always rewarding to coach leaders towards attaining the next stages of professional growth.”
Scott Bradbary works closely with Warren Averett’s executive and administration teams to strengthen culture and core values. Bradbary and his team serve as the internal performance coaches for Warren Averett, and he oversees the training sessions, personal coaching and more.
