Scott Bradbary Receives the Birmingham Business Journal’s 2025 HR Impact Award

Scott is based in Birmingham, Alabama and works closely with the Firm’s Executive and Administration teams to strengthen culture and core values.Scott Bradbary, Chief Talent Officer of Warren Averett in the firm’s Birmingham accounting and advisory office, was recently recognized as one of 15 honorees for the Birmingham Business Journal’s 2025 HR Impact Awards.

The HR Impact Awards recognize HR professionals who are transforming workplace culture, driving innovation and shaping the future of business in Birmingham.

Honorees were celebrated at an awards luncheon on August 14, 2025, at the Hilton Birmingham Downtown at UAB. Attendees enjoyed lunch, connected with peers across industries and heard from keynote speaker Camye Mackey, Executive Vice President and Chief People, Diversity & Inclusion Officer for the Atlanta Hawks and State Farm Arena. Her remarks focused on leadership, culture building and the importance of empowering high-impact teams.

“This award is a testament to the power of coaching, connection and culture,” said Scott. “I’m grateful to work alongside such talented and driven individuals at Warren Averett who make this work meaningful every day. This recognition reflects the collective effort of our team and the values we live out together.”

Scott leads Warren Averett’s internal performance coaching efforts, facilitating hundreds of training sessions and one-on-one coaching engagements for the firm’s 750+ team members.

In addition to his work at Warren Averett, Scott has coached thousands of accountants and professional service firms across the country. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, including the AICPA’s Emerging Partner Conference and the Alabama Bankers Association annual conference.
