Scott Bradbary Presents on Coaching and Leadership During EntreCon® Workshop Series
Scott Bradbary, Chief Talent Officer of Warren Averett, recently served as a featured presenter for the Studer Community Institute’s EntreCon® Workshop Series.
Designed to provide practical, interactive professional development opportunities throughout the year, the EntreCon® Workshop Series helps business owners, leaders and professionals strengthen skills, develop their teams and drive meaningful results within their organizations.
During the July workshop, Building a Championship Caliber Team: Coaching High Performance, Scott shared practical strategies for developing talent, coaching effectively and building stronger teams.
The session explored how leaders can guide team members through different stages of professional growth, deliver meaningful feedback and create accountability while building confidence and competence. Attendees also learned techniques for delegation, coaching high performers and navigating difficult conversations.
“One of the things I enjoy most is helping leaders develop their people,” said Scott. “When individuals grow in confidence and capability, the entire team benefits. It was great to spend time with local leaders and share some of the strategies that have made a difference for our teams.”
As Chief Talent Officer, Scott leads Warren Averett’s internal performance coaching efforts, facilitating hundreds of training sessions and one-on-one coaching engagements for the firm’s more than 750 team members. In addition to his work at the firm, he has coached thousands of accountants and professional service professionals across the country and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, including the AICPA Emerging Partner Conference and the Alabama Bankers Association Annual Convention.
Scott’s participation also reflects the longstanding relationship between Warren Averett’s Pensacola office and Studer Community Institute, which share a commitment to developing strong leaders throughout the Gulf Coast.
