Susan Key Graduates From Leadership Montgomery’s Legacy Class
Susan Key, CSA, CDMM, of our Montgomery accounting and advisory office, has graduated from Leadership Montgomery’s Legacy Class XL, a program for leaders designed to help them study and solve critical issues in the local area.
The nine-month program relies on the expertise of established community leaders, combined with site tours, panel interviews, interactive sessions and hot topic discussions, to prompt participants to think critically about a variety of topics ranging from governance to communications. Participants also complete a small group project with direct community impact.
Key joined Warren Averett in 2016 and is the Service Area Leader of Warren Averett’s Daily Money Management Services (DMMS). Key is responsible for the daily operations of DMMS and works closely with others in the firm to give the client a well-rounded experience.
In her role, Key works with clients to create tailored financial budgets and comprehensive service plans. She assists families of private wealth, high-net-worth individuals and busy or retired executives to ensure that they meet their daily financial goals. Prior to joining Warren Averett, Key worked in a private accounting firm and was a full-charge bookkeeper.
“Through my journey with Leadership Montgomery, I’ve gained invaluable insights and formed lasting connections with a diverse group of leaders,” said Key. “The last nine months have been nothing short of eye-opening, and I greatly enjoyed the opportunity to put my leadership skills into practice to help the city I love so much.
