Warren Averett Recognized as a Best Place to Work in Tampa
Warren Averett’s Tampa accounting and advisory office has been recognized as a 2026 Best Place to Work in the Medium Company category by the Tampa Bay Business Journal (TBBJ), ranking at #12.
The Best Places to Work program honors employers across the Tampa Bay area for cultivating strong workplace environments and positive company cultures. This marks the first time the firm’s Tampa office has received this designation.
Finalists were selected based on employee feedback collected through Quantum Workplace, a third-party survey platform. The survey evaluated factors such as communication, manager effectiveness, personal engagement and team dynamics. Results were compiled and analyzed to determine the final rankings.
Earlier this month, the TBBJ recognized all of the Best Places to Work finalists and announced the winning companies of all size categories at their annual awards event.
Several of our Tampa CPAs, advisors and business professionals enjoyed the event held at the Raymond James Stadium at its East Club, where they celebrated with other businesses committed to creating positive work environments. At the family-friendly event designed to be Tampa Bay’s largest company picnic, attendees enjoyed games, food and refreshments, and the opportunity to connect with their fellow BPTW honorees.
