Warren Averett’s Tampa Office Supports the Humane Society of Tampa Bay
Warren Averett CPAs and Advisors’ Tampa accounting and advisory office recently supported the Humane Society of Tampa Bay through Warren Averett’s Animal Advocacy Group.
Warren Averett’s Animal Advocacy Group (WAAAG) is a group of employees who are passionate about impacting the lives of animals and getting more people interested in volunteering and animal fostering.
Each summer, WAAAG organizes its Annual Days of Service to help support local communities and their pets. During these events, team members across the firm gather at shelters and volunteer their time.
On Tuesday, May 20, 2025, our Tampa accountants and advisors visited the Humane Society of Tampa Bay to take some of the shelter dogs for a walk, spend some quality time with the cats and clean out cages.
Since 1912, the Humane Society of Tampa Bay has provided shelter for homeless and at-risk animals. They also offer adoption, hospital and TVNR services for the general public to access for area stray animals.
Thanks to all of our Tampa team members who participated and made a difference in the lives of these animals.
