Warren Averett’s Mary Elliott, Selected as One of Birmingham Business Journal’s Who’s Who in Accounting

Warren Averett CPAs and Advisors is proud to announce the selection of Mary Elliott to Birmingham Business Journal’s Who’s Who in Birmingham Accounting. The individuals recognized represent managing partners and key leaders of the firms that made Birmingham Business Journal’s most recent list of Birmingham’s Largest Accounting Firms.

Elliott is a Member of Warren Averett and serves as the Firm’s Chief Executive Officer. She has worked her entire career at Warren Averett, successfully serving clients in the Firm’s Healthcare Consulting division for almost 35 years. Throughout this time, Elliott has been essential in driving the division from a startup to what is now one of the top service areas in the Firm. She previously served as the Firm’s Chief Operations Officer and chair of the Firm’s Operations Board, an appointed board of firm leaders tasked with ensuring efficient, effective and profitable Firm operations.

Elliott earned a Bachelor of Science Accounting degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She is involved in a number of professional organizations, including the Jefferson County Medical Foundation Trust, the Children’s Aid Society Foundation, Saint Mark the Evangelist and she is a Momentum Alumni. Elliott resides in Vestavia with her husband and four children.
