Jennifer Williams joined Warren Averett after serving with the Atlanta office of an international accounting firm for 18 years. She now serves as a Principal in Warren Averett’s Audit Division. Jennifer has a proven record of working with Boards of Directors, Audit Committees and client management to provide advice on accounting, financial reporting and regulatory matters. She has extensive experience in financial statement and Uniform Guidance (A-133) audits for nonprofit organizations, including foundations, universities, private school systems, global humanitarian relief organizations and health and welfare organizations. Jennifer also has experience providing services to private entity clients in the construction, manufacturing and distribution industries as well as the utility sector. She resides in Marietta, Georgia with her husband and three children.
