Kaleigh Flatt joined Warren Averett in 2016 and serves as the firm’s Director of Practice Growth. Kaleigh leads the Practice Growth arm of the marketing division and supports overall firm growth initiatives with the goal of empowering team members to strengthen client relationships, gain new clients and promote the firm’s capabilities and services. Kaleigh, along with her team, works in conjunction with the firm’s Marketing Communication Team to develop integrated marketing plans across all regions, industries and services to enhance brand visibility and promote how Warren Averett can help clients thrive. She has more than 19 years of experience in marketing and public relations in a variety of industries including nonprofit, government and political organizations. Kaleigh lives in Pike Road, Alabama, with her son and is an avid Auburn fan, despite earning a degree from the University of Alabama.
