Lauren Keet joined Warren Averett in 2004 and serves as the firm’s Controller. During her first 13 years at the firm, she worked in the audit and attest division on audits, reviews, compilations and agreed-upon procedures. She served a variety of industries, with a specialization in financial institutions, healthcare and employee benefit plan audits. In 2017, Lauren transitioned to the firm’s Finance Division working closely with the Chief Financial Officer. She helps to manage the accounting functions of the firm, including providing accurate and timely financial statements and reports. She also assists with insurance and risk management, budgeting and forecasting, accounts payable services and various specialized annual projects. Lauren resides in Birmingham with her husband and two daughters.
