Michael Rebarchak joined Warren Averett in 2011 and is a Member in the firm’s Audit Division. With more than 15 years of public accounting experience, Michael serves a diverse client base across a range of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, natural resources, construction and real estate. He also has extensive experience auditing employee benefit plans, including plans with net assets ranging from $2 million to more than $1 billion. Michael’s primary responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing audit engagement teams and helping clients understand and implement new accounting standards and related financial reporting considerations. He is also a member of the firm’s Healthcare Facilities Practice Group. Michael resides in Homewood with his wife and two children.
