Missy joined the firm in 2005 and has more than 20 years of experience as a recruiter. She oversees the recruitment process by defining and implementing strategies to help her team attract top talent for the firm and its clients. She manages all recruiting-related activities, equipping recruiters with the most effective training and tools to ensure they can reach their goals.
