Sue McGlynn, CPA

Sue McGlynn is a Member in the firm’s Tax Division with more than 30 years of experience serving clients across a wide range of industries. Throughout her career, she has held several key leadership roles, including serving on the firm’s Executive Committee, the Large Opportunity Growth Committee and the Construction Client Service Team. She has also led and successfully coordinated large-scale, firm-wide litigation support projects. Sue’s practice focuses on advising companies on complex tax matters, with particular experience in the construction, distribution, healthcare and software industries. She works closely with clients involved in mergers and acquisitions, providing tax support on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, including structuring, due diligence and post-transaction planning. Her success is grounded in a client-focused approach built on responsiveness, collaboration and connecting clients with the right resources to solve problems and achieve their goals. Sue is known for her practical insight and commitment to addressing what matters most to her clients. Sue resides in Birmingham with her husband, Matthew, and their two children.
