Warren Averett Recognized as a Best Place to Work in Birmingham
Warren Averett’s Birmingham accounting and advisory office was recognized as a 2026 Best Place to Work in the Extra Large Company category by the Birmingham Business Journal.
The Best Places to Work list recognizes and celebrates employers in Birmingham who have an outstanding workplace environment and company culture.
Finalists were selected based on employee feedback gathered through Quantum Workplace, an independent survey platform. The survey evaluated key areas including communication, manager effectiveness, employee engagement and team dynamics, with results used to determine this year’s honorees.
Winners were announced during the Birmingham Business Journal’s annual Best Places to Work event on July 23, 2026, at Haven. The celebration brought together leaders from across the Birmingham business community to recognize this year’s finalists and winners. The firm earned second place in the Extra Large Company category.
Warren Averett’s Birmingham CPAs, advisors and business professionals joined the festivities, connecting with fellow business leaders while enjoying networking, games, food and the awards presentation. Finalist companies also embraced the event’s “Championship Experience” theme through activities such as the Team Spirit Showdown.
