Stephen Schaaf has been with Warren Averett since 1993, serving closely held C corporations and pass-through entities, addressing their operational, financial and tax compliance needs. These services range from year-end planning strategies to analysis and recommendations on specific business and personal transactions. Stephen has represented and served the accounting and business management needs of companies operating in the manufacturing, distribution, transportation, software development, finance and investment industries. He is an active member of the firm’s Executive Committee and formerly served as the leader of the Manufacturing & Distribution Industry Group. Stephen resides in Vestavia Hills with his wife Mary Beth. They have two grown children.
