Lisa Billings Participates in Momentum’s Birmingham Executive Leadership Program
Lisa Billings, CPA, a Member in Warren Averett’s Tax Division and one of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Leaders in our Birmingham accounting and advisory office, has been selected to participate in Momentum’s 2025–2026 Birmingham Executive Leadership Program.
Momentum’s Executive Leadership Program is designed to empower Alabama’s most promising women by enhancing their leadership skills, confidence and professional networks.
The program attracts Birmingham’s brightest female leaders to collaborate on solving business and community challenges through monthly interactive sessions, senior mentorship and personalized leadership development.
This marks the 23rd executive leadership class, and Lisa joins a cohort of 34 accomplished women who will engage in co-mentoring groups, gain insights from seasoned mentors and work toward their individual leadership goals over a nine-month period.
Lisa joined Warren Averett in 2005 and primarily serves clients in the real estate and private equity sectors. She focuses her practice on the taxation of pass-through entities and advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, entity structuring, international tax planning, and federal and state tax strategies. Lisa works with commercial and multi-family real estate firms throughout all phases of their projects to ensure tax-efficient structuring for acquisitions and dispositions.
