In her article, Succession Planning is for Businesses in Every Stage, Coaker explores the importance of succession planning. Every business, from start-ups to mature companies, can use succession planning as a roadmap for stability and future changes.
Coaker emphasized that business owners at all stages can use expert help to ensure that their succession plans are carried out perfectly.
Sandy Coaker was also highlighted in CentrAL INC!’s article, Benefits of Business Valuation, where she explained the importance of conducting a business valuation when enacting a succession plan.
Coaker says, “While having a valuation performed at the creation of a succession plan is often unnecessary, requiring a valuation as part of an owner’s written succession plan or exit is often a requirement and necessary for a successful transition.
