Charles Bailey, CPA

Charles Bailey is a Member in the Audit Division of Warren Averett and leads our firm’s Alternative Investments Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2013, bringing with him more than 28 years of public and private accounting experience. Charles provides audit and business consulting services to domestic and international hedge funds, private equity funds and venture capital firms. His expertise extends to various fund structures, including single strategy funds, fund of funds with master feeders (both onshore/offshore) and funds with multiple series.

Additionally, Charles assists clients with custody audits and provides performance examination for new funds. His extensive background also includes providing assurance services to restaurants, and he serves companies within the franchise and hospitality industries.
