Max Koss is the firm’s Director of International Tax. He has over 35 years of experience advising entities and individuals on U.S. taxation of international transactions. Max spent a decade working in the “Big Four”, including a two-year rotation in London, England. He also owned his own firm for two years and served as CFO of a privately held engineering firm in Memphis, TN, for several years. He most recently worked for a national firm, serving middle market companies and providing technical review of all U.S. international tax compliance. Max resides in Houston with his wife Meg. They have been blessed with six grandkids, who they travel to see as often as possible.
