Michael Nix, CPA

Michael Nix joined Warren Averett in 2012 and serves as a Member in the firm’s Audit Division. He has more than 10 years of public accounting experience. Over his career, he has primarily focused on serving clients in the manufacturing and distribution industry but also has extensive experience in the construction, professional services and natural resources industries. Michael acts as client contact throughout the financial statement audit process and manages team members within Warren Averett’s Audit Division. Michael also serves on the firm’s Audit Best Practice Leadership Group, which aims to continuously improve and maintain compliance with technical, technological and procedural matters within the firm’s Audit Practice. He resides in Birmingham with his wife, son and daughter.
