Randell Bunn joined Warren Averett Technology Group in 2015 and serves as the Director of Technical & Security Services. He has more than 20 years of IT experience. Randell’s previous experience includes providing technical implementation services for new projects, designing and planning of existing IT infrastructure and enhancements, managing various vendors for client productivity and leading teams assigned to larger information technology projects. Currently, he manages Warren Averett Technology Group’s Technical Services team, which consists of Tier 1, 2 and 3 Engineers as well as the Resource Center. Randell is also responsible for ensuring that this team meets clients’ needs in a timely manner and is operating as efficiently as possible. He also serves as the Sr. Engineer and escalation point by assisting clients with engineering and providing customer service.
