Warren Averett Expands Transaction Advisory Group With Two Senior Associates
Warren Averett has expanded our Transaction Advisory Group, which guides private equity firms, investment bankers and business owners through complex transactions nationwide. The addition of two new members in Atlanta and Tampa will strengthen the team’s ability to deliver tailored services and meet growing market demand. Montgomery Office Volunteers with Reality & Truth Ministries
During the month of December, team members in our Montgomery office volunteered with Reality & Truth Ministries. They spent a day organizing donation items (including food, clothing and cold-weather gear) to support the ministry’s distribution efforts to the local community. Branden Crosby Appointed to Destin Chamber’s Executive Committee

Ashley Burke Graduates from Leadership Montgomery’s Torchbearers Class
Montgomery’s Ashley Burke has graduated from the Leadership Montgomery 2025 Torchbearers Class. The Torchbearers Class is a nine-month leadership development program designed to help Montgomery attract and retain young professional talent.
