Chip Hoover, CPA
Chip Hoover is a Member in the firm’s Audit Division and serves as leader of the firm’s Transportation Industry Group. He joined Warren Averett in 2005 and has over 17 years of public accounting experience. Chip serves closely-held, family-owned and private-equity-backed businesses in a variety of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, construction and real estate, transportation and technology. He primarily focuses on providing clients with operational, compliance and transaction advisory services. He resides in Vestavia Hills, Alabama, with his wife and two sons.
