Floyd Holliman, CPA

Floyd Holliman is a Member in the firm’s Tax Division and serves as the leader of the firm’s Specialized Tax Services Group. He joined Warren Averett in 2007. Floyd formerly worked in the tax department of an international accounting firm and as a tax manager with a large publicly held company. He has over 30 years of experience working with privately owned, venture-backed and publicly held companies. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, accounting for income taxes and federal, state and local tax planning. Floyd has experience in a variety of industries, including technology, biotech, manufacturing and healthcare. He lives in Birmingham, Alabama with his wife, and they have three children.
