Jess Brawner Participates in the 2023 Momentum Upward Program
Jess Brawner joined Warren Averett in 2012 and is a Principal in the firm’s Operations Division. She previously worked in marketing and client service in the banking industry. Jess is a member of the firm’s Operations Board. Her primary responsibilities include reviewing and forecasting staffing needs, monitoring firmwide performance metrics, seeking ways to promote efficiencies and fostering ways to keep Warren Averett a great place to work. She is a Certified Paralegal and a Certified DiSC Partner and Trainer. Jess resides in Hoover, Alabama, with her husband, daughter and two sons.
