Rusty Pickering Selected to Serve on the Alabama Society of CPAs’ Board of Directors
Rusty Pickering is the Director of Recruiting at Warren Averett, where he leads firmwide internal recruiting efforts and executive search services for external clients. He partners with organizations to identify and attract talent across accounting and finance, information technology, and office and administrative roles, taking a consultative, relationship-driven approach.
Rusty also serves on the firm’s Growth Advisory Team, helping individuals and organizations navigate their initial interactions with the firm. By taking time to understand goals, challenges and priorities, the team helps connect clients and prospects with the advisors, service teams and resources best suited to their needs.
As a CPA with over 20 years of experience, Rusty brings a unique blend of accounting, recruiting and advisory expertise. His background in public accounting, industry expertise and executive search enables him to offer a practical, well-rounded perspective when working with clients and prospective contacts.
