Charles Emert joined Warren Averett in 2021 and is a Member in the firm’s Tax Division. With more than 10 years of public accounting experience, Charles is a business advisor specializing in tax planning, compliance, succession planning, and business consultation. He works closely with clients in the construction, real estate, healthcare, and private equity industries, providing tailored tax solutions that align with their business goals. His primary responsibilities include consultation and compliance on federal and state corporate, partnership and individual tax matters, as well as succession planning and incentives for various tax credits. Charles resides in Cumming, Georgia, with his wife and son.
