Warren Averett Holds Firmwide and Office Meetings

Throughout January, Warren Averett encouraged team members to meet together virtually and in-person throughout the firm’s footprint to kick off another client service season. Team members gathered to celebrate accomplishments from the past year and prepare to start 2023 well.

Warren Averett’s Fort Walton Beach and Destin Offices Hold First Anchor Day

Warren Averett’s Fort Walton Beach and Destin offices recently held their first Anchor Day, where team members gather monthly in the office for a day of fellowship and team building. One of the goals for these offices for 2023 is to promote collaboration, teamwork and communication. The monthly Anchor Days help build rich relationships in a hybrid work environment.

Heather Locklar Named as One of the Birmingham Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40

Heather Locklar, J.D., of the firm’s Birmingham office, has been named to the Birmingham Business Journal’s 2023 Top 40 Under 40. Jess Brawner Participates in the 2023 Momentum Upward Program

Jess Brawner, Director of People Operations, who works out of the Birmingham office, has been selected for 2023 Momentum Upward, a career leadership program for women. Gail Wang Appointed as Treasurer of the National Children’s Advocacy Center Board of Directors

Gail Wang, CPA, of the firm’s Huntsville office, has been appointed to serve as Treasurer of the National Children’s Advocacy Center (NCAC).
