Kim Hartsock Featured by the Gwinnett Chamber and Shares Vision for Gwinnett as Incoming Chair at Annual Dinner

Kim Hartsock, CPA, the Local Partner in Charge – Growth for our Atlanta accounting and advisory office, was recently featured by the Gwinnett Chamber in an executive interview highlighting her leadership, community involvement and service as Board Chair of the Gwinnett Chamber.

The feature appeared in The Executive, the official digital magazine of the Gwinnett Chamber’s Chairman’s Club, the Chamber’s highest membership tier for senior leaders and decision-makers. The Executive is positioned as a thought leadership and leadership-visibility platform and highlights business leaders shaping growth across the region.

In the interview, Kim discusses her role as a connector and her approach to leadership, growth and alignment. She shares how her career has evolved from traditional accounting into a strategic, growth-focused role centered on helping organizations move forward by connecting the right people and expertise.

“I think of myself as the matchmaker, the connector,” said Kim. “We have such a great team, and I love connecting clients with the best experts at the right time so they can achieve what’s important to them.”

That leadership was also on display during the Gwinnett Chamber’s 78th Annual Dinner on February 6, 2026, when Immediate Past Chair Brad Carr passed the gavel to Kim as she officially began her term as Chair. Kim is the sixth woman to serve as Chair in the Gwinnett Chamber’s history. In her remarks, Kim called on leaders to be vision carriers and shared how the Chamber is working to connect businesses through membership, accelerate small businesses through the Gwinnett Chamber Foundation and advance future leaders through Gwinnett Young Professionals.

As the Local Partner in Charge – Growth for the firm’s Atlanta office, she works with clients to deliver integrated accounting, tax, advisory and technology solutions and leads strategic planning efforts designed to improve effectiveness and support long-term goals.

Kim has more than 20 years of experience with Warren Averett. She is an active member of her community and currently serves as Board Chair of the Gwinnett Chamber.
